Csaba Csiszár

Csaba Csiszár is a senior measurement expert, a member of the Innovation Team of National Utilities Ltd. Prior to joining National Utilities, he worked as a leading measurement expert and project coordinator at KOM Central Smart Metering Ltd.

Csaba started his career as a software developer in 1993 at the Measurement Technology Department of Budapest Electric Works. Beyond his vast knowledge of the users’ side, his dedication to measurement systems prompted him to get acquainted with the manufacturing side as well. In 2003, he joined Ganz Mérőgyár Kft., known worldwide today as ITRON. Here he gained considerable knowledge and experience in industrial meters working in product support for the Central and Eastern European region.

Subsequently, in 2007, Csaba's professional career continued at E.ON Hungária Group, where as a measurement technology specialist, he got acquainted and dealt with smart measurements in 2008. In that same year, he was assigned a leading role in the nationwide, representative pilot project under the coordination of Hungarian Energy and Public Utility Regulatory Authority.

Csiszár Csaba completed an IT engineer's degree in Computer Science and also obtained a complementary electrical engineering degree in Power Engineering at Óbuda University.
